Memories of 2012~

Reminiscing all sweet memories that happened in our life must be hard, we might easily forget one or two events so i decided to put them here as my own sweet memento. Here's the list of wonderful things that happened to me in 2012...

The Aqad.

Well... This is the most amazing experience for me by far. Not just me but for all girls i supposed ;)
The moment i've been waiting for so long, came through this very year, 2012.
I actually been wishing to end my single life at the age of 25 just to follow the sunnah of our prophet Muhammad s.a.w. and Alhamdulillah my wish has come true. :)

On 9.40p.m 20th October 2012, i'm officially a wife to this amazing guy. The guy who always stand for me through my ups n down, the one that loves me unconditionally, the one who accept all my flaws Lillahi Ta'ala, the one who's willing to carry my sins for the rest of his life... :')

There's no word could describe how i feel at the moment he recite the Aqad. Relieved, thankful & happy of course. Those feelings which i won't forget, forever. Thank you Allah for this wonderful gift.(^_^)

The house.

After we got married, i moved in to the house we've been renting before, which was truly my favorite. Even it's not our own house, even we only have few furnishes at the beginning, i am so thankful that we've been blessed with the serenity, the great view & the roof that can protect us from hot and rain. This is where we start, this is where i learned step by step managing my very own marriage. Alhamdulillah Ya Allah :)

The in laws.

Four days after the aqad, we went to KB for eid'ul adha. The journey was my first ever experience, since i've never have my own kampung & never celebrate eid anywhere but KL. Yeah it's lame and i knew it. -.-"

Anyway. The journey was new to me but it's really an amazing experience. We arrived at KB the night before the eid which was on Thursday the 25th October. The day finally comes & i get to see the qurban before my very eyes hehe (i never get a chance before :P ).  The foods were delicious and finger lickin' good i should say. While my husband went for Jumaat prayer, i stayed at Tok Wan's and learned how to cook daging bakar with the dipping asam sauce. The taste is really 'WOW' to me & i love learning things from my MIL.

Staying in KB for three days, i am more than thankful for the hospitality from the entire in laws family. My MIL always spending time with me at the kitchen, telling me stories from before my husband became a man. hehe. The stories are funny and seems so real that i can imagine him running here and there as a child. Oh i love it! My MIL, she even taught me one by one on how to cook certain Kelantanese recipes, and how can i not love her for that. Thank u, mama. ;)

The reception.

The moment we've been planning since years ago finally arrived. Good thing is, we already married a month before the reception so we got the chance to prepare most of the final things together. My husband, he even helps me doing the bunga telur, and i love how we both driving separate cars to deliver the gifts together to the dewan the night before the reception. It's just both of us, driving while talking on the phone to each other, and it was kinda sweet thing for me to remember. ;)

Alhamdulillah everything went according to our plan and His will. Thank you Allah. (^^)

The new family members.

The next amazing thing happened after that. On December 8th, kakak finally gave birth to little Luqman Haqem, her first loving child. :)
I was at Kak Mimi's wedding at that time, and we went to the hospital afterwards. Alhamdulillah Allah blessed us with this little family member. Hopefully he'll grow up becoming such a great man, great khalifah of Allah s.w.t. Ameen.

And there is more to this title. My sister which i called Ibu, was finally married once again on December 29th! The aqad went smoothly, with our closest family members. Alhamdulillah ibu & abg lee finally got married. May Allah shower them with happiness & babies too. hehehe

 The picnic.

I think this must be the end of story of 2012, since i'm writing at 4 in the morning of 31st December 2012.
Well the next day after my sister's aqad, we planned on going to Bukit Cerakah for a picnic. I'm the one who suggested this event, truly because i want to experience the snow in the Rumah Iklim. We arrived there quiet late, around 3pm. We straightaway renting bicycle for everyone (there are 9 of us all), and off we bike!

Tell u the truth, i haven't biked for so many years and then apa lagi, pancitlah jawabnya! Not the bicycle apparently. It's me who went all pancit & pitam & loya. Huhuh. After that we stopped and eat, and thats when i feel better. Truth is, i haven't eat anything since morning, which cause me all these trouble. -,-"

Anyway. The picnic was great. We took so many pictures, titanic like pun ada. hehehe. We definitely will come again soon, since we don't have enough time to enter the Rumah Iklim. We're so happy and enjoy the day, with additional abg lee as our new family member. ;)

Alhamdulillah 2012 was really a great year to remember, with so many awesome things happened. Alhamdulillah we are blessed with all sort of happiness. May 2013 comes with more wonderful things. Ameen.

Happy New Year everyone! (^^)v
